Pennsauken Scores & Special Message

The Haddonfield 65 Club Golfers has for the past three years supported the, "Corra Kids Golf Classic," of which John Mapes is on the board of directors. We had twelve players committed to play on June 27, 2016. Unfortunately one player is unable to play. If anyone is interested in joining us at Philmont Country Club, so that we may field three groups of four, and aid a good cause, as well as, playing with great golfers on a great course, John would appreciate you contacting him ASAP.   We do car-pool to the course so transportation will not be a problem. It was a good  start with the temperature a little cool and the sky being bright.  Well, that all changed as we all know with thunder and heavy down pours. Only the 7:20  Tee time group finished all 18 holes. Since the rest of us finished between 10 and 15 holes we are only counting the front nine. We will not be using these scores for handicaps. I did go into the pro-shop after lunch and requested 34 rain checks. That brought on a good laugh, but thought it was worth a try. 

Next week is at Ramblewood. Since the numbers of players are increasing please let you callers know by Sunday Evening so that I may again contact the course early on Monday morning.
