Golden Pheasant Scores & 4th of July Parade

On July 4th the 65 Club marches in the Haddonfield Parade. Some of our members are unable to walk due to health conditions, on vacation, etc.,

I am looking for additional people to walk with us in the parade. It is just over a mile walk from the center of town to the high school. 

If any of you are willing to help me out, (I am the 65 club parade coordinator), I would really appreciate it. White shirt and dark blue or black pants, shorts is the dress requirements.

Be at the corner of Chestnut and Kings Hwy. between 9:15 and 9:30. The parade starts at 10:00 and is only about an hour long. Please let me know if you are able to walk with us in the parade.

What great golf weather we had today! I hope everyone had an enjoyable outing that our four-sum did.

Congratulations to Roger Wuestefeld for a low gross of 83 and to Bob Warner for a low net of 64. It was nice of Butch Brees to give up one of his 83s to Roger, it good to share.

Westwood Scores, Another Request

July 6 is the 4th of July week and we will be playing at White Oaks.  I will need to know by next Thursday night, June 30, who will be playing on July 6 at White Oaks. Everyone who is playing can E-Mail me direct so that I can put the list together and let White Oaks know on Friday, July 1st. the number of golfers who will be playing. I do not need to know if you are not playing, Just those who are. 

Those who have not sent me the weeks you are not available to play for the remaining of the season would you please do so. 

This will allow me to notify the courses two weeks in advance should we be exceeding the scheduled number of Tee Times

It was a great day at Westwood. We got an early start and everyone played their round in about four hours, beating the heat of the day. 

This was the best day for overall average or lower scores for everyone, as well as the total number of Pars and Birdies, the most in one day for our group. 

The course was not that easy to play, so that made it even more impressive.

Congratulations to Ed Rouh for Low Gross of 80 and to Tom Rayser for a Low Net of 65. (Note: Tom sends me the HCPs two days before we play, it not fixed, and Butch did not get an 83.)

Ramblewood Scores - Request for Dates Not Playing

Good Afternoon Everyone,

I would like to thank everyone for being on time and picking up the pace of play but I really want to thank Ed Rouh, who volunteered to take one for the team. 

Congratulations to Butch Brees who again had a Low Gross of 83. Butch has scored 83, five of the ten outing we have had. 

Congratulations to Jim Dunn for a Low Net of 63. 

To help me get a better handle on future outings would everyone please go through the schedule and E-mail me the dates, with a note, "Not Playing," of the dates you know you will be away, on vacation, a doctors appointment, surgery, etc.

I do not need the reason, just that you will not be playing on those dates. This will permit me to be able to estimate the number of Tee Times far in advance to notify the golf course. 

You will still need to contact your callers each week as usual to let them know that you are or are not playing. 

If you send me the e-mail that stated you were NOT PLAYING for a specific date or dates, notify me of these changes  and for some reason plans change, notify me of these changes asap, then you can still sign up to play on that date.
