Valleybrook GC Scores - NEW RATES QUESTION, PLEASE RESPOND ASAP

 I want to thank everyone for a great season and for your full cooperation that makes my scheduling so much easier We have played 21 outing out of the 33 scheduled for the year, with one rain out. Along with the thank you, I want to thank all the callers and course schedulers and Tom Rayser for doing the Handicaps. 

What I would like to know is what is the maximum payment you are willing to accept to pay for each outing. Due to the Virus and changes in Management at a few courses, we were given a heads up that the fees might increase for next year. We do not provide a down payment or commit to the number of players that will pay and play at any course when we schedule our outings. We contact the courses in January and try to get a cost per person at the senior rate at that time. There is no contract that holds us or the course to that quote. For this year I believe the average cost per round is about $45.00. Please let me know as soon as you can so that I may pass this information on to the schedulers.

Next week we will be playing at Valley Brook on November 11. It is Veteran's Day and all Veterans play for free with proof of service, copy of DD 214, etc. If you are playing at Valley Brook, Veteran or not, I will need to know definitely on Sunday night, as  the course will be full and the weather is supposed to be good. We will not have a Modified Shotgun start and the first tee time will be 8:30 A.M.
