Centerton Scores and Information

It was a great day on the Golf Course with great weather and lots of low scores. We had a total of 31 golfers.

Welcome back to the course to Jim Dunn and Bruce Tillotson, returning after some illness.

Centerton provided prizes for the longest drive on hole eight and closest to the pin on hole seven. 

Congratulation to Ed Howe for the longest drive, and to Earl Slimm for closest to the pin.

Congratulation to Roger Wuestefeld for Low Gross of 81, and to ED Howe for the Low Net of, would you believe, 57!

Thank you for all for getting to your callers on Sunday, so I was able to contact the course early Monday Morning and arrange the shot-gun start and start the Tee Time at 9:00 AM.

Also thank you for being on time or calling me and letting me know of your delay.

White Oaks Best Ball Place Finished

Rules: Only one drive per person required. 

Ball placement is within one iron club length of selected play ball. If selected ball is located in ruff, hazard or sand trap, no relief, balls must be placed within ruff, hazard or sand trap no closer to pin from selected ball. 

No Mulligans, Give-mes on putts within leather grip of club is allowed. Three-sums, anyone can take the fourth shot or putt.

We finally got some decent weather to play golf. Congratulation to team six for a low score of a minus one. 

Since it was scheduled to be a fun outing, and the line-up was completed without handicaps, I just listed where everyone finished without their scores.

I think some people had more fun then others, but that is just my take on it.

Hope everyone has a great weekend and I hope to see you next week at Centerton. There may be a change in the Tee Time, later then 9:00 AM, due to a group starting before us.

Pinelands Scores - Special Note from my wife

2015 golf recognition for the 65 Club Master's Scramble and trophies for the 65 Club Master's Tournament for Low Net and Low Gross. 

The Master's Scramble are: Fred Borgini, Jack Marchesani, and Ed Rouh. Recipient for low net is Ed Rouh, and for low gross is Bob Crocker. 

Congratulation to Butch Brees for a Low Gross of 83. This is three weeks in a row for a score of 83, well done.
