Everyone,
We will be starting our golf outings
on April 6 at 9:00 AM at Golden Pheasant.
NOTE: Most courses have requested a
forty-eight hours notice for the number of players participating in the
outing.
This means that, "I am required to
call the course before 8:00 AM on Monday Morning of each week with a count of
players."
This also means that each group
caller must contact me no later then Sunday Night prior to the scheduled
outing.
What ever means each player uses to
confirm that they are playing must be done on Sunday.
Your full cooperation is requested
to make sure that everyone who wants to play is able to do so.
After I notify the course on Monday
Morning I am not sure if I will be able to add any additional player to the
count.
Next Week I will send out the list
of players and their contacts.
